Free wi-fi and an electric kettle were convenient. The room was quite noisy at night.

absolutely dreadfull stay, the staff were so unwelcoming and rude, I can’t believe that they acted as if I should be grateful for their presence. also, I expected a welcome gift for my stay but that clearly wasn’t in their budget. the bed bugs really topped it off, just lovely. what a waste of time!

The room offered decent space for four people, making it a fit for families. The protective plastic inner window panes ensured safety while allowing light to filter in, which provided a unique aesthetic touch.
The room had a persistent damp smell that made it uncomfortable at times. With very thin curtains, the sunlight made the room uncomfortably hot, particularly since the windows couldn't be opened more than 10cm. The tap in the bathroom had visible brown scum, and there was no lock on the bathroom door, decreasing the feeling of privacy.

I stayed in a Triple Room and loved how spacious it was for my luggage. The small fridge was a nice bonus. The bathroom was a bit tiny, but the shower worked perfectly. I would choose this place again, even though there was a lack of blinds which made the room quite warm during the day.

The facility showed signs of neglect with a persistent urine smell in the bathroom and a shower that was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The heating issues made our stay uncomfortable, as the room was stifling hot and difficult to cool down. the presence of hot wok dishes offered a nice dining option during our visit. Since the location was quite distant from the city center, accessing attractions was challenging.

The classic quadruple room had decent space for four people, and the location was relatively central. There’s a unique touch with protective plastic inner window panes that maintain safety while letting in light.
The room was unbearably hot due to the inability to open the windows more than 10cm, and the very thin curtains did little to block out the summer sun. The bathroom lacked a proper lock and had a tap with visible brown scum that made it less than inviting. While the parking situation is convenient, it seems poorly managed, leading to potential conflicts with careless guests blocking exits without accountability.

Just a solid selection for a quick trip in Edinburgh with excellent value for money. The free wi-fi was convenient and helped me plan my days. Try to avoid peak check-in times to avoid delays.

I appreciated having a fridge in my room during my stay. The hosts welcomed me warmly, ensuring that I felt at home.
The noise from the plumbing in the building was distracting at night, and I could hear traffic outside my window.

I stayed in a Triple Room for two nights and absolutely loved the excellent location. Being only 30 minutes walk from the Royal Mile made exploring the city easy. The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Plus, having free parking at the back was an unexpected bonus!
The cleanliness could use some improvement.
